Ok so this song is my fave so far!!!! It's crazy how everything started falling into place once I realized the only person I need to validate me is... ME!! Not saying, that I don't need a man ((plz, I ain't crazy!)). I am just saying I love myself so much that I can understand why one would fall in love =). 

Moving Forward =)

So many people talk about being grown, bad, hard... and all that other none sense. I just call it being childish... At this point in my life, I've dropped all the pointless titles and retained only the one that matters... I am me... I refuse to have pointless arguments, I no longer associate my self with messy people, and I am slowly but surely distinguishing between acquaintances, friends, fam, and the do/die people in my life... I'm only 23 so I still have a long way to go and many more lessons to learn... and I am fine with that :)
This is a big part of life's journey that I am just now encountering (call me a late bloomer I guess...)... Not always enjoying the detours, speed bumps, or traffic but I know that I will be soo much happier in the end.

Loving Self...

I believe love starts with self... 
There are so many cliches floating around about loving yourself and although we may all be aware of them, I doubt that every single person knows how to do so... 
Some of the things I talk about in this blog pertain to men as well as women but I am focusing mostly on the women today... (Bear with me as I write everything as soon as it pops into my mind...)
 I believe loving yourself is especially important when it comes to women... As women, we are known to love hard... We go out of our way to make our spouse, partner, family, and friends happy because we love to be loved... There is nothing wrong with this as long as you know how to love yourself FIRST...
